You have been elected as a new member of the United States Congress. You have been given 3 days to develop a comprehensive research paper, and corresponding presentation, outlining to legislation what you would introduce that would address an area of Human Resources Law you deem necessary.

Items to address in your paper and presentation should include: how the United States could be affected without your proposed legislation, qualitative and quantitative data that supports your proposed legislation, resources that will be needed to implement your legislation (both at the state and federal level), reasonable budgetary considerations, relevant existing legal precedence, and any other supportive information you deem necessary.

The research paper should be created in APA format (please cite all sources throughout paper), and contain at least 3,000 words. The format for the presentation (PowerPoint)Â does not need to be narrated, but must contain at least 15 slides. (please include pictures and a slide to cite sources used)
