➢ What are some exemplary cases of torture that have been or are being adjudicated by any of the various international legal bodies (ICJ, ICC, European Court system, Latin American Court system, Arab League, African Union, etc.)? There’re some cases I want you to include surrounding torture such as Abu Gharib during Iraq war, Guantanamo, and Iraqi occupation of Kuwait. Note, just discuss the cases of tortur not the wars.
