1. Critically appraise the results of the self-analysis questionnaires you undertook in this unit and other
relevant personal assessment data Summarise this information under the headings Strengths and Weaknesses. Present your summary in a table.
Include insights about yourself that you gained from these results.
2. Reflect on your own performance and development this semester using theories from four of the
following themes:
Personality
Motivation
Transactional Analysis
Emotional Intelligence
Assertiveness
Teams
Leadership
Power and Politics
Culture
3. Consider how these four themes and their associated theories have influenced your behaviour and how
they will influence your future behaviour and development in the work place environment within your sector.

4.Identify three targets for your further development. These should be three key things you are going to do
differently in the future as a result of your earlier analysis. These targets must be SMART:

Specific about what you are going to achieve
Measurable i.e. state how you will be able to tell if the target is met
Achievable i.e. realistically can be achieved
Realistic i.e. you are certain to be able reach your target
Time bound i.e. state deadline by when you will have achieved your target.

Present your targets in a table.
