Impact of Evergreening in Pharmaceutical sector.

I have already written about 16 pages, of work, out of 35-36 pages. But my tutor, told that i have to cut some parts of my thesis, that i have written previously. He reasoned it with fact, that some of it is irrelevant and some of them too descriptive since i need analytically paper rather than descriptive.
So writing an analytically paper is one of the main condition.
In respect to format ,you will need to use following:
Format
Font: Times or Times New Roman, size 12 text, size 11 footnotes
Line spacing: 1,5
Margins: Top and bottom – 2,5 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1,5

And style guide i have attached please check attached files. Please follow style that i have attached except formatting (follow the format that i have written here)

At least 25 different sources should be used, and they must be well known books, which published by oxford and some other well known companies. as well journals etc.

I have attached exact details and what you should write on word doc. as well please check attached files.
Compare and analyse the situation from the view of developed countries (EU and USA) and developing countries (South Africa, Brazil, India, etc.)

Analyse the differences in IP law provisions dealing with evergreening issues in these countries by using law books and articles.

Also analyse the issue from the perspective of Competition Law, Human Rights Law, Right to life and medicines, etc.

Also write about important caselaws and public policies adopted by governments of developed/ developing countries at the national level and international level (TRIPS, WIPO, etc )in this subject.
It should not be double spacing: it should 1.5 spacing so please follow it.
