One of your neighbors has just inherited a restaurant in a small town about 75 miles away. They?ve never owned or operated a business before, and know very little about marketing or the restaurant business. They know that you?ve been taking a marketing course, so they?re asking for your help. Right now they?re in the information-gathering stage and are compiling a list of things to look at and consider in order to develop a marketing strategy.
Drawing on all of the lessons you have learned in this course, describe ten things that you would suggest they include on their list. Describe each step in detail, explain why you included it and how it will benefit the overall plan and possibly contribute to the success of the restaurant (remember that they are new to marketing, so you may need to explain a few terms).
