Have the requirements for interface planning and management been addressed? Have these requirements been identified for all levels in the system hierarchy (e.g., system to system, subsystem to subsystem, component to component, hardware to software, equipment to the human, human to procedure), and allocated downwards? How will these interface requirements be addressed in and throughout the system design process? Specifically, what provisions might be included in the design to avoid the introduction of problems that may be caused by the lack of properly dealing with the interfaces?
