Scenario: Imagine you have been appointed technical director of a housing association with a remit to make most of smart home technology to benefit the residents of the housing association and to reduce energy use. You wish to recruit a team to carry out a feasibility study and to plan for the implementation of appropriate technology throughout the associations properties.

Tasks: Using your knowledge write the following;
• A description of the scope and aims of the feasibility study.
• Person Specifications for the three key technical project staff (these must cover both the essential and desired competences).
• A description of the required tools for managing group work (e.g. Minute taking and Software Tools)
• A description of how you as technical director will analyse and mange risk within the project.
Notes
• No separate mark will be awarded for quality of written English; instead the mark for each section will depend on both the quality of the content and the language used.
• It is assumed that the full report will be approximately 6000 words long. There is no penalty for going over the word count.
• The report must be fully referenced with in text citations.
