First sheet called KPIs, those are a list of nearly 70 KPIs, that we have set already in our company for our country (so locally), and we’re looking for benchmarks globally that are similar to ours in order for us to compare later on. say for example "percentage of treated sewage water" we already have a graph of the results of this indicator, and we’re looking for a graph (benchmark) out there that shows results of another ‘country’. (based on countries and not regionally)
Second sheet called "KPI 2" is searching for standard KPIs globally based on 4 sectors (transport, environment, utilities {mainly water and electricity] and finally urban development] – 1 column is just extracting the standard KPIS found and pasting them in the column, 2nd column is stating the source of it, 3rd column the method of calculation used for that specific KPI and finally 4th column a benchmark found for that KPI. Theres no specific amount of KPIs needed for this but just extract what you found useful and interesting, so as much as you can. That would help us as a company develop our KPIs by comparing them to the ones we already have, that way we may add more KPIs.

also, if any KPIs were hard to find a benchmark for, and couldnt find an exact similar benchmark to it, just try to find something near to it. say for example a KPI is too detailed and you couldn’t find a benchmark for it, just find something closest to it or a general benchmark from the general point of view of the KPI.(for example)
