It is one hour long, and it helps us to give ourselves some moments to empty our mind from school and works and other distraction from our daily life. The background music is light, everyone is concentrated in their own world, and no one cares about how others will look on him or her. It helps my body to relax from the stress of the heavy load daily routine. At the end of the class, Donna Quesada applies Gong & Sound Healing.etc..
