Abdullah, who is seventeen years old, entered into the following contracts:
a. he bought a Maserati sports car for Dh150,000;
b. he enrolled for an evening course in ‘How to be a racing driver’ (price Dh15,000);
c. he agreed to work for one year, on Saturdays and Sundays, as a waiter at theLotus Blossom Restaurant at a wage of Dh60 per week.
Abdullah gave up the course after three weeks and left the Lotus Blossom after amonth. He has not paid for either the car or the course.
Advise Abdullah whether he is bound by the agreements he has made.
