Leadership Inquiry – Informing the Innovation Opportunities

Define the inquiry leaders need to undertake to answer the questions below in ways that make sense for assessing how well-aligned mission, vision, value creation, and the focus on individuals working for Apple are.
Each section of the assessment including the conclusion is being undertaken to enhance innovation and creativity by examining systems in a logical manner. This lays the ground work for understanding the nature of the specific transformations that will be required to create N=1 and R=G.
Use headings to help the audience keep track of the categories. Three – five references from journal articles are required in addition to references listed below.

Expand on the following:

(1) How can leaders of Apple connect these emerging strategic opportunities with day-to-day operations?
(2) How can leaders of Apple learn about specific consumers’ desires, skills, and behaviors such that they can help create better experiences for them?
(3) What technical support structures are needed to create the capacity for flexibility and innovation at low cost?
(4) What changes should leaders make in the way human capital is managed?
(5) Is Apple, Inc. prepared for working across cultures and time zones in a seamless global network?
