From a leadership role, explain to both leaders and followers why the onboarding system for new hires is broken and how modifying it will remedy the malfunction(s). Create a positive shift in the way things are done. Use the references below to evaluate the system.
Create a Fishbone Diagram outlining causes and effects of the onboarding process for new employees.
(1) Analyze and explain the key systemic issues of the system. Use the Fishbone Diagram to structure and explain the analysis in terms of SWOT—strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats—that exist in the onboarding process.
(2) The assessment must have at least four major limbs or scales and one backup slide or page explaining the process.
