Leagues and governing organizations are complex and varied entities , in many cases difficult to define but they have become powerful forces withing the overall structure of the sports sector of the economy, seemingly offering a variety of economies of scale advanatges .

You are to answer the 10 questions on the syllabus as they pertain to a certain league or sports governing body and then compare that league or organization to another sports entity on two issues or rules that have an influence on both of the organizations. The league i want you to dicuss is NCAA college fotball, in specifc the new college football playoff format, compare it to the NCAA basketabll, the 64 team playoff format called march madness, however the main focus is on ncaa football and the college football playoff. you can discuss the issue of the format as one of the 2 issues to discuss as mentioned above ( the fact that football is a 4 team playoff and basketball is a 64 team format, perhaps the grueling nature of football is the reason why etc.) and then please choose another issue/rule to discuss and compare. (possibly you can choose payment of college athletes)
