Describe and discuss your own attempts to make lifestyle changes (ex. losing weight), and the difficulties and challenges you faced when engaging in these efforts. Then, highlight and generalize the strategies that you found to be effective in making changes in your own life and apply them to the group context.

Describe your fears about working with ambivalent, reluctant, and resistant clients. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your practice skills in this area, and the strategies you could use for improving their skills?
