You are working as Assistant Managers in a restaurant and the manager, upon hearing you studied Pareto Charts, assigns you the task of converting raw data (see attached Text file) from customer comments into a Pareto Chart. The manager asks you to do the following tasks using the raw data in the attached file, create a Pareto Chart.
1. Paste the raw data from the file Homework2.txt into a new Excel file and label the worksheet ‘Customer Comments’ (note: the first row in the raw data is the column header). add a worksheet labeled ‘Pareto Chart’ and make it the first one in the spreadsheet.
2. Assign each of the customer comments to one of the following nine categories that have been provided the manager: ï‚· Cleanliness ï‚· Food Prep ï‚· Menu ï‚· Unknown ï‚· Other ï‚· Parking ï‚· Service ï‚· Website
3. Create a Pareto Chart based on the distribution of comments by categories. Note: this will require doing a Pivot Chart to count the number of records in each comment category. Follow the instructions shown in the video (5m 26s) at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMWq48_TsNo, which explains the chart mechanics in detail.
4. Once the Pareto Chart is complete, insert a textbox underneath it answer the following questions:

ï‚· What do you think are likely the biggest problem areas for the restaurant and why?
ï‚· What are your recommendations?
ï‚· What is a significant limitation of the data in this particular chart (i.e., not a limitation of Pareto Charts in general)? What do you propose be done to alleviate this limitation?
