• Explain, in clear, plain terms what each result means. For example if the probability of idle time is 90% you might say that there is a 90% chance that no one is in the system.
• Interpret your answers in essay format. Things to consider: Is this an efficient system? Would you add staff? Reduce staff? Do you think the system is sustainable? Justify every point of analysis. Dont simply state that you would decrease the staff. Tell me why you came to this conclusion. Use the data and queuing results.
