B. What are the Training Goals/Training Objectives? List several goals.
C. Which Training Methods were applied in the training at UPS? List and describe several methods.
D. Identify indicators for training effectiveness on to the four levels proposed by Kirkpatrick: 1. Reaction, 2., Learning, 3. Behavior and, 4. Results. Precisely, identify at least one outcome for each of the four categories for the training at UPS (describe whether or not, and if so how, they were accomplished).
E. Can you think of any outcomes that could be measured, that are currently not being assessed? This question is voluntary and you may leave it out without points being distracted.
