Using chapter 4 of your book, complete the following exercises:
1.  The text lists several unethical practices of consumers.  List at least 3 additional unethical practices and explain why you think consumers engage in such unethical conduct.
2.  Cause marketing programs have become popular.  Describe two companies that practice cause marketing.  Be sure to go into detail as to why their behavior falls into the “cause marketing” category.  Next, explain what benefits the company may have experienced as a result of the “cause marketing” behavior.
