Chapter 2 discusses the importance of conducting a SWOT analysis as part of an effective company/marketing strategy.  After reading chapter 2, do the following:

Choose a brand starting with one of the first letters assigned to you (see below).  For your chosen brand, develop a brief SWOT analysis.  The LIM College library resources offer great resources to assist you with this task.  For example, Euromonitor International or Hoover’s Online are very useful.

Important:  Reference your sources as appropriate.  Posts will be checked for plagiarism randomly.

Reply to two students’ SWOT analyses and state to what extent you agree or disagree with their assessment.

D or G

I – N

J or L

O – Z

P or R

You will be able to read your classmates’ responses once you have posted your own.
