Mission and Values

Identify your organization’s values. These can be part of your organization’s mission, vision and values statement. Submit a 2-3 page paper outlining the following:
List the values and any descriptions
Methods of communicating these values (e.g., newsletter, posters, meetings, etc.)
Commonly known behavioral expectations which reflect these values (e.g., how employees and/or customers are supposed to be treated)
Written measures intended to reinforce the values (e.g., performance reviews, customer/organizational surveys, etc.)
At least three detailed ideas that can help your organization better communicate/execute upon these values.
