1) Please describe a personal or work situation where you’ve either (i) witnessed the benefits of entering into a clear and comprehensive written contract; OR (ii) experienced the negative repercussions of moving forward with no contract (or an inadequate contract)? 2) In the video clip “Rules of the Legal Game – Consideration,” attorney Neil Wehneman discusses consideration under contract law. What are some reasons why a court would not deem your contract valid if you offer to do something you were already required to do under a different contract?
