• The percentage of open ended questions out of your total dialogue (30-35% is ideal), how much open and end question I asked )
• Ratio of reflections to open ended questions (2:1 is ideal)
• Quality of your reflections (were you reflecting on the same emotional level?)
• Was the interviewee displaying more change talk or sustain talk? (Why they want to change or why they haven’t changed yet)
Lastly, you can describe how well you followed their story and what kind of body language you noticed in the video. Remember, 70% of communication is non-verbal.
