Nature of the project: Please be more specific – typically a discussion paper, case history or exploratory research. And make sure your research goal: “ The research aims at identifying those factors that may affect effective management of multicultural organizations and in particular the virtual human resource teams and solutions to those factors” is resolved in your project. As well limit your goal – your scope is way too general and the project is not that long.

Sources of Information: Please use at least 10 solid academic references listed in Harvard style. You have a good start.

Concepts and techniques identified: Make sure you use some of the concepts and frameworks from the course. One or two well applied rather than many superficially mentioned is better.
