1. Provide evidence of the UK’s Ethnic snack market performance. (Secondary data).
2. Carry out a current range review for both your customer, (Morrison’s), and their competitor’s products. (Primary data).
3. Taking inspiration from your research , describe two new product concepts that would fit into the ethnic snack range as a Christmas ethnic snack product. These product concepts would be a limited edition over the Christmas party season, (would be store from mid November to end of December.
3. With reference to your initial product research into this category, provide a supporting rationale for your concept choices. Consider: target market, appropriate RSP and the Morrison’s brief criteria.
4. Provide a detailed description for each of your chosen concepts.
5. Include a detailed recipe and method for each of your products. This can be placed in the appendices.

The two new concept is decided as 1. fried meatball stuffing with cheese. 2. roast whole chicken stuffing with potato,onion and mushroom.
