2- Summarize, compare, and contrast, at least, three approaches to providing new teacher induction and mentoring from either the readings or from interviews with school leaders.
3- Develop a short paper making the case for a new teacher induction and mentoring program in a school from his/home country. The paper will address:
(a) Why the school should invest in a new teacher induction and mentoring program.
(b) Recommendations for specific features the school should include in their new teacher induction and mentoring program.
(c) The rationale for each of those features.
