As you can see I formulated the question and briefly explained why I have chosen the question, so please just follow the marking criteria and the question I have formulated, strictly work more in the area that has more percentage % as it is more points for me to pass this report. This report has to be written in 1st person, so stated saying in my currently placement at mental health area. I found couple of nursing issues which are the ones are mentioned in my answer then, find good references about these issues and explain and to finish this report mention strategies/solutions that nurses could use to reduce their stress and so on.
