Performance Appraisal System

 

Discuss what are considered to be “good” characteristics of a performance appraisal system and then discuss how these better systems might be paired up with compensation and benefit packages that really motivate employees. Is there any evidence that they work and that they are fair and create a sense of Respect, Personal Development, Responsible Stewardship, and Integrity in organizations?.
