Performance strategy report

Prepare a Performance Management Strategy report ensuring all the Performance Criteria are covered.

Evaluate your organisation’s existing performance management system and develop a plan to modify the system. Your report must detail the proposed changes, justification of the modifications, an implementation plan, and a plan for evaluating the modifications.

Or

If your organisation does not have an existing performance management system, develop a performance management system for your workplace. Your report must detail the process, justification of this process, an implementation plan, and a plan for evaluating the impact on the workplace.

For both reports you must address the following points:
• the process of performance management
• the roles and responsibilities of all people involved
• action taken to address employees performing below standard
• relevant policies and/or legislation regarding disciplinary and termination measures
• the appropriate grievance procedure available to employees if they have concerns with the process or outcome of any part of their performance management
• the creation of learning and development plans for individual and group learning
• how you will implement the changes or total plan
• how the performance management system will be evaluated.

Presentation Format
• You MUST include at least five (5) different reference sources and not all websites. You must include in-text references and a reference list.
• Present the assignment in a format you would consider appropriate to submit to senior management. Colour printing not necessary.
• Suggested length 2000 – 2500 words.
• 12 font and 1.5 line spacing improves readability.
