You are required to write a report based on the subject of Personal Development
The report will be judged on the following:
· Use of relevant sources
· Appropriate structure
· Appropriate in-text referencing
· Accurate bibliography

PRESENTATION OF YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Task 1 – Report
· Your assessment will be structured as a report, and will include the following : Contents Page, Introduction, Main Body, Conclusion, Bibliography.
· The report will use correct paragraphing, formal grammar, tenses, and spelling;
· The assignment will be word-processed;
· The work will be formatted as double-spaced and justified, where relevant, with a font size of exactly 12 in either Arial or Times New Roman;
· The pages will be consecutively numbered;
· The assignment will be submitted via Moodle
· The correct cover sheet must be submitted with your assignment.
In order for a student to gain:
30 – 39%, they must:
· Attempt to carry out Study Skills tasks – although some tasks are incomplete or missing.
· Show some progress in the completion of the Study Skills
40 – 49%, they must:
· Produce a report which shows some evidence of research and adheres, to some extent, to the appropriate submission guidelines
50 – 59%, they must
· Produce a report which shows evidence that a range of sources was used, and adheres, to most of the appropriate submission guidelines
60 – 69%, they must:.
· Produce a report which shows evidence of research over and above the minimum requirement, and which is presented to a high standard
70% +, they must:
· Produce a report which shows evidence of a wide range of appropriate sources, and is presented to a consistently high standard
