This task requires you to develop a discussion paper which outlines an evaluation approach and strategy for an adult learning program (you may use the program in Assessment 1order #81497125) based on a model of evaluation discussed in the subject’s reading.
The discussion paper should persuasively develop a case for implementing the proposed evaluation approach and strategy and justify it both in relation to its viability (including costs), appropriateness to the context and in relation to the relevance of the evaluation model used. The discussion paper should address the following:
• A short description of the program
• An outline of and rationale for an appropriate and viable evaluation approach and strategy, takinginto account who it is for (learners and other stakeholders)
• A critical discussion of the evaluation model you have used and how effective it was for planningthe evaluation
• A critical analysis of the potential benefits and limitations of the evaluation strategy and approachyou have outlined, including analysing the potential uses of the evaluation results (ie for whosebenefit), its benefits and limitations.
