You have been asked to evaluate the EMS Track in the Department of Health Promotion and Education at University of Utah. Follow the CDC

Framework for Evaluation as taught in class.

1) List and prioritize five stakeholders in each category of stakeholders and provide three questions from each category that they

would want answered.

2) List ten things you would want to know from the Department Chair to adequately describe the program.
3) Give one example each of a process, impact and outcome aspect of the program that could be evaluated and how you would evaluate

each.

4) It has been determined that the three areas to be evaluated will be. Change in knowledge for our students, average GPA upon

admission to the program and success of our students as professionals after they graduate. Design an evaluation for these and describe

the instruments you would use.

5) Tell what you would need to know and how you would determine if the results are good for each of the following statements.

A- The number of students in the EMS track is 20% less than last year.

B- On average, seventy-eight percent of our students get EMS jobs during the first year after graduating.

C- Our students average score is 20% higher than the State average on the State Certification exams.

D- Our students “ average GPA at graduation is 3.35.
