This assessment consists of two parts. Part one I was asked to lead one discussion on a topic listed in the unit and from the given list I have chosen this topic (purpose of assessment). The discussion should be relevant to the questions posed and attract others to respond or comment, and it should be supported by relevant, current literature and evidence. In this part I’m required to provide and attach one (1) relevant and additional reading that supports my discussion, so others may expand their reading for the topic. However, I have done this part already and attached to you in a pdf file format  named part one.
The second part which I want you to do is you need to review and critique the discussion board that I led (part one as attached) in 1200 words.
Write a critique that shows links between concepts depicted in the literature and how they relate to teaching and learning in the clinical context. You may include reference to the discussion board as a teaching strategy if appropriate to your critique. You should include critical discussion about the following aspects (you must refer to the discussion board posting throughout your critique):
1)    How you chose to explore the topic and enhance peers’ thinking about the topic, and how your peers comments influenced your own perspective
2)    The factors (identified from the discussion) that specifically influence the role of education in the clinical context and how they may impact on clinical learning
3)    What evidence and literature was chosen for your topic and why (I will attached the article that I chosen for my topic)
4)    Communication you had with others during your discussion to encourage your peers to participate, and the effectiveness of this (I have posted attractive question at the end of my led which will attract them to respond to me as well as I have participated to more than three other student’s discussion board which  will encourage them to participate to my topic )
5)    The relevance and impact of the article you chose to attach to support discussion
6)    Presenting a unique perspective and application of the topic to the clinical environment
7)    The impact of online forums in developing and supporting peer learning
