Port automation

Select two ports in any part of the world and identify what initiatives/strategies/activities have
been undertaken by them if the field of automation.
 Conduct a thorough Strength-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threat (SWOT) analysis. Remember that
strengths and weaknesses refer to internal factors identified to each port, while opportunities
and threats relate to external factors.
 Compare the outcome of the SWOT analysis for the chosen ports and explain the meaning of your
findings.
