Psychological strengths discussed in relation to the literature on positive psychology Discussion of the method used to assess / identify these strengths Discussion of the impact of these strengths on your life (eg: health, career, education and / or relationships) An analysis of how the strengths may be developed Evidence of familiarity with relevant literature and theory Evidence of self-awareness and ability to self-reflect Clear and logical presentation which includes introduction and conclusion Academic writing style is used, including correct spelling, grammar and punctuation Word count is within + or – 10% of requirement In-text referencing and reference list follows APA referencing style (6th ed.) as set out in the Academic Skills Guide (minimum four references
Marking criteria must include!
Personal psychological strengths identified, Strengths discussed in relation to the literature on positive psychology , Methodology used to identify strengths discussed. Impact of the strengths on the student’s life discussed , Ways in which these strengths may be developed analysed. Evidence of familiarity with relevant literature and theory , Evidence of self-awareness and ability to self-reflect.
