Powerful Interaction Observation

This assignment requires the use of our textbook which is titled powerful interactions by Laura Dombro, Utilizing the principles of powerful interactions, we are required to record an objective anecdotal observation of one such interaction between a teacher and one child, ages 3 yrs to 2nd grade. Use the following format typing first what is in blue and then following with a written or typed response, also including the date, time (writing the beginning and ending time of the observation) Setting (write a brief description of the setting, including the 1) ages and number of children in the setting, interaction- write a detailed objective anecdotal observation of the interaction between the teacher and the one child. Powerful interaction characteristics- write an analysis of your observation, identifying the powerful interaction characteristics that you observed in it and/or how this interaction could have been improved through the inclusion of specific powerful interaction characteristics.
