Below are the specifications of the assignment:
You are a program director of a health program of your choice at University X. For the intent of this assignment, University X’s institutional goals are the same as the University of Ohio. Using the information sheet provided in the Program Support Example for the University of Ohio, complete the Program Support Template which demonstrates the linkage between program measures, program goals and university goals. An example and explanation have been provided in the Program Support Example document.
You must:
Identify the name and level (associates, bachelor’s, etc.) of the program for which you are creating goals.
Create at least 4 program goals
these 4 program goals must support 2 or more of University X’s institutional goals.
Create a total of 2 measures for each program goal with an acceptable threshold.
The program goals and measures created must not conflict with University X’s mission or vision.
