Project Management – Organize a Birthday Party in detail Planning (regards to Project Management)
Create a Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) using a PM tool based on a list of activities wth at least 30 activities. Create a detailed Event Plan for a Birthday Party, in regards to Project Management. Please include the following:
Time, Budgeting, Scope / Define the Project, Plan the Project, Execute & Track, Close out the Project / Basic Overview, Project “Constraints”, Project Selection, Project Mission / Create a Task Work Flow (Schedule) / Scope Statement ( Flexibility of Time, Scope & Budget) / SMART Tasks (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely) / Types of Cost (Indirect, direct and Fixed Cost) / Cost Estimating Tool / Resource Leveling with example Histogram / Risk Management (What are the possible Risks – which are the main ones ?) / Risk Response Strategies (Mitigation, Transference, Avoidance Acceptance) and if anything is more relevant for Planning the Birthday Event.
