Recently,I joined one private medical center as strategic consultant and I have asked to introduce this private local healthcare center in Riyadh (providing blood and cancer treatment all except inpatient)
To one Tertiary care in Riyadh KAS in addition to ministry of health to make contracts”to get referrals patients to continue treatment ”for businesses purposes.
My plan is to write proposal for this project as the following:
1- to introduce this local private center to the tertiary care one,I chose this process : to meet with case managers and care coordinators and doctors in hematology oncology dep for this tertiary care center to let the know about our services and and show them our data if needed also to convince them to accept to refer their pts to our center ; (they have waiting list and busy schedule)
Also , I try to let them refer rejected case who can’t treated in the tertiary care either because of busy schedule or pt who is in advance stages.
I chose to meet with these people mentioned above before I meet with their management because their management will ask them meaning to make them prepared
Also will meet with people who make have voice to get their trust and acceptance
2- for the health part I will use my contacts or connection these who I know and try to make deal with them
(((This presentation will be presented to our center management staff to show them my plan for short and Lon period.))) short plan need to be started now long
Because I just joined this center I notice the following:
1- no case manager to deal with patients the role of case manager is vital
2-center is located in good area and Main Street but the front part is rented to one pharmacy and she one coffee shop
3- the gate of the center is located to branch road
4- there is no clear sign front to the center
My suggestion are:
1- to have case manager (one line about his role)
2- the pharmacy and coffee rented in the front building need to be re located other place
3- it is good to have the main entrance to the Main Street
4- clear sign need to be put to the mail road
Also the brochure need to be checked before printing I notice some mistake
