My answer:
A. There is 12.7 % of families, which is 32,615, are below the poverty rate. 21.1% of people who are under 18 years who are below the poverty, which is 15,540, 13.5 % of people who are from 18 to 64 years which is 26,527, and 10% of people who are 65 years and older which is 4,590.
B. White who is under poverty rate is 12.7%, which is 31,089, black alone or in combination is 26% which is 11,581, Asian alone or in combination is 11.5 % which is 2,268, and Hispanic of any race is 23.6 which is 13,104.
