containing the following topics:
1. Mention the main public health utilization indicators in your organization (4
points)
2. Discuss three challenges and at least one possible solution for each one of
challenges in the delivery and management of the following public health
services in your organization: management of cardiovascular disease and risk
factors, management of diabetes and risk factors. Display your answer in a
table format (6 points)
3. Critically analyze one innovative approach in the delivery of public health
services in your organization and discuss its impact on the quality of services
provided (5 points)
