Create an original menu with a restaurant name based on a specific theme. You may select a fusion cuisine if you choose to do so. The menu will consist of the following:
1. Four Appetizers
2. Four Soups
3. Four Salads
4. Four Entrees- Beef, Poultry, Seafood, Vegetarian w/appropriate starch and vegetable side.
5. Three Dessert

-A price for each menu item.
-A brief description of each menu item-outlining ingredients and method of cooking
-Develop/research standardized recipes for each item on the menu.
– Determine the selling price of each item and justify your selling price.
