REQUIREMENTS:
1) Created a quality assurance plan for practice evaluation that addressed:
a) The standards or guidelines
b) Evaluation frequency
c) How the evaluation will be conducted
d) Group process evaluation
e) Importance of self-evaluation
2) Utilized three current creditable resources
3) Used standard paper format in APA style, including an introduction, a conclusion, and a title page. Cited in-text and in the Reference section
4) Demonstrated excellent understanding and application of information.
5) Mechanics of Writing
a) Writer was clearly in control of standard, written American English.
b) Includes correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
6) Language Use and Audience Awareness
a) Includes correct sentence construction, word choice, etc.
b) The writer used a variety of sentence constructions, figures of speech, and word choice in unique and creative ways that were appropriate to purpose, discipline, and scope.
