Acid ratio or quick ratio is one of the liquidity ratios, which measures the ability of a company to use its cash and assets that are easily convertible to pay off current liabilities.
* It indicates the ability of a company to meet its short term obligations with its most quick assets.
* The current assets that are included in quick assets are those that can be easily and quickly converted into cash as per their book value.
