After going to www.renaissancecapital.com/IPOHome/Marketwatch.aspx, click “Rankings” and answer the following questions:
a. What was the best performing IPO on the first day and by what percentage did it increase?
b. What was the largest U.S. IPO and and the total size of that IPO?
c. Now click “US IPO stats” and then click “US Market.” How many technology IPOs were issued year-to-date according to this site?
d. What were the total proceeds raised for all U.S. IPOs year-to-date?
