Reflection Paper

Reflection is a cognitive process that promotes self-awareness and encourages self-assessment. You are to create 6-10 question survey ( should be submitted with the paper; attached as an addendum to the paper) to interview the Director/Vice President of HR. The goal of this assignment is twofold: (1) explore the roles and responsibilities of the Director/Vice President of HR, and (2) determine how this administrator interacts with the various constituencies to create a strategic plan to achieve the institution’s short and/or long term goals. The paper should consist of the following:

Introduction: Demographic information on the facility (Do not use the name of the institution, assign a pseudonym) -: Introduces and presents organization clearly 10 points

Summary of the interview -: Summarizes the interview coherently and cohesively 10 points

Your perspectives on the roles and responsibilities of the Director/Vice President of HR

What did you learn from the interview

Areas of concern identified by interviewee and ways to address those challenges -: Organization, each paragraph has thorough supporting, and detailed sentences 40 points

Ways that Nursing could collaborate with HR to achieve the facility’s short and/or long term goals -: Evidence-based recommendations are discussed 15 points

Conclusion -: Strong integration of all component of the paper 10 points

Writing Style -: demonstrates clarity and conciseness; free of spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors. -: 10 points
Paper should not be in a question and answer format
