You are the best of community, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors.

< Now let us put it in our language. What is this Ummah? What is special about this ummah that G-d says He is evolved?
It is not ummah that is instantly made in a factory some place or somebody’s desk doing research or something, No!.
This is the Best Community evolved. It has been coming forth for thousands of years, for thousands of generations it has been coming forth even when the many woman was nothing but a sperm. Before life was even a sperm, but the pressure of life was in the earth, it was not a sperm yet before this community was coming. Evolving of the nature and nature’s property qwen by the god like made nature.
< It evolved during time of the first generations, during time of the first man who tried to stand up erect and tried to be human and tried to ask his family to human and wanted his neighbors to be human by each other. Way back there millions of years ago it was evolving. And now G-d has revealed it to you so you can take the responsibility in your own hands and establish this nation, This community life that is inherent, that is evolving with human life over a long period of time, Praise be to Allah (swt)

The Cow
Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: “I will create a vicegerent on earth.” They said: “Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?” He said: “I know what ye know not.”
Quran 27:62
THE ANT
Or, Who listens to the (soul) distressed when it calls on Him, and Who relieves its suffering, and makes you (mankind) inheritors of the earth? (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Little it is that ye heed!
< An Individual ruler is he called a Khalifa of Khalif? Khalif.
If you say khalifah you are speaking of his reign, his rule not him personally. So, God doesn’t say I’m making a Khalif in the Earth. He said I’m making a Khalifah in the earth. I’m forming a rule, a governmental order in the earth that is going to be supported by human excellence. And it won’t work without My own spirit in it. But once I have put into it my spirit then you make your sajda to it. That is what He told the angles. So this is a divinely inspired Republic.
<Republic= a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected / appointed officers and representations responsible to them and governing according to Law.
< The human identity is what is referring to.
< The Khalifah is male and female. He has to have both the male sensitivities, and the woman sensitivities, if he is to be the best, the type of ruler that God wants for us on this earth.
