Research Paper

Please create a research paper using quantitative research methods that provides statics that are needed in the instructions. I have attached the grading scale and instructions for the paper. I have also attached an example that was done for London. It needs to be similiar to that. Please select a City in Brazil, Netherlands, or Germany to do your research paper on. Quality and editing needs to be excellent. Minimum at least 10 pages of research/data/information, just as long as all the requirements are met. All areas need to be covered just like it was in the Londo Example. Things you must include are an Appendix A and B , Summary, and Works cited along with the research paper. Just like you see in the Londo Example.
