Rationale of the assessment:
For this assessment you will undertake independent research on the topic of Donatello’s bronze David. You are expected to expand on the sources consulted for the first assessment, focusing on one of the issues raised in the scholarly literature. You are required to produce a research paper of 5-6 pages (5-6 primary/secondary sources), which will follow scholarly standards of reference and documentation.
You need to demonstrate the ability to:
• Use the library resources to retrieve secondary/primary sources.
• Identify key sources in the secondary literature.
• Retrieve relevant information from primary/secondary sources and evaluate their factual information and arguments.
• Create an argument of your own.
