1-make sure answer the questions in the same question paper under the name (505_Reflective_account) so the answer should be placed below the question.
and consider I have to provide evidence from my job for each question.
2- The answer should be 300 words for each question.
3-If required any statistic or numbers for any question answer and you get that information from the net then screen shot evidence must be send to me, all information should be about my country Oman.
4- I want all answers about my company and my country Oman only, example, number of incidents, number of medical cases in the work site, and screen shot must be there as evidence.
5- You need to consider the evidence must be from the job I do and reports I developed or company procedures and documentation.
6- I don’t want reference from the net .
7- All answer should be write by the writer no copy from internet.
