As project manager you have very carefully scoped a project that you have been given, developed an accurate work breakdown schedule and budget and submitted your work to the project sponsor. She looks over your meticulously thought out plans and documents and responds immediately by telling you that the organization is only prepared to provide a little over half the resources that you need.
How would you respond to her demand to reduce the amount of resources required for the project?
